AnyContent is a technical tool that facilitates the download of video content from public platforms, the conversion of files between different formats and the editing of PDFs, images and videos through lite editors. The service acts as a technical intermediary and does not host or permanently distribute content. Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted.
2. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:
- Verifying that they have the legal right to download the selected content
- Respecting copyright laws applicable in their country
- Respecting the terms of service of source platforms
- The final use of the downloaded content
- Verifying that they have the right to convert or edit the files uploaded to the PDF, image and video editors
- Not uploading files containing illegal, harmful material or material protected by third-party copyright
- Not using the editors to remove watermarks, digital signatures or other third-party protections
Important warning: Downloading copyrighted content without authorisation may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws.
3. Legitimate Use
The service is intended for legitimate uses, including:
- Downloading self-created content
- Downloading content licensed under Creative Commons or similar
- Personal backup of legally purchased content
- Downloading public domain content
- Educational and research use where permitted by law
- Conversion of own-property files between compatible formats
- Conversion of files for personal and non-commercial use
- Editing of PDFs, images and videos of own property via the editors (annotation, crop, trim, etc.) for personal use
4. Exclusion of Liability
AnyContent:
- Is not responsible for the improper use of the service by users
- Does not guarantee the continuous availability or accuracy of the service
- Does not verify users' rights to the downloaded content
- Does not store video content on its own servers
- Is not affiliated with the supported video platforms
- Does not guarantee the quality or fidelity of conversion for all format combinations
- Is not responsible for the loss of quality during file conversion
- Does not guarantee the result of editing operations (PDF, images, video) for every combination of file and tools
- Is not responsible for any unwanted alterations or losses while using the editors
5. Third-Party Platforms
The service interacts with third-party video platforms. AnyContent:
- Is not affiliated, sponsored or approved by these platforms
- Does not control the content available on these platforms
- Cannot guarantee continuous compatibility with these platforms
The trademarks, logos and names of the platforms mentioned belong to their respective owners.
6. File Conversion Service
The file conversion service:
- Processes uploaded files temporarily on the server
- Does not permanently store uploaded or converted files
- Supports conversions between over 80 formats of video, audio, images, documents and ebooks (MP4, AVI, MKV, MOV, WebM, FLV, WMV, M4V, 3GP, MPEG, MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, WMA, M4A, OPUS, AIFF, JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF, TIFF, AVIF, PDF, DOCX, EPUB, etc.)
- Has a maximum limit of 100 MB per single file
- Does not guarantee perfect results for all format combinations
The conversion is performed using open source tools (FFmpeg, Pillow, LibreOffice, Pandoc) and the user is responsible for verifying the quality of the result.
6-bis. Editing Services (PDF, Images, Video)
The PDF, image and video editors of AnyContent:
- Process uploaded files temporarily on the server, exclusively to apply the requested changes
- Do not permanently store original or modified files (automatic deletion within 15 minutes of the end of the session)
- Are "lite" editors designed for quick operations: the PDF editor covers annotation, compression, rotation and watermark; the image editor covers crop, resize, rotation, filters, watermark and memes; the video editor lite covers trim, merge, crop, rotation, speed adjustment, audio management and text overlays
- Have a maximum limit of 100 MB per single file
- Do not guarantee perfect results for all combinations of files and operations
- Are not intended to replace professional suites (Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
The user is solely responsible for the files uploaded to the editors, the changes applied and the use of the modified files.
7. Technical Limitations
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the service works without interruptions or errors
- The quality or availability of downloads
- Compatibility with all platforms or video formats
- That downloaded files are free from technical issues
- The conversion quality between specific formats
- That all conversion formats are supported in every combination
- The maximum file limit in the converter is 100 MB
8. Applicable Laws
Copyright laws vary from country to country. It is the user's responsibility to:
- Know and respect the laws applicable in their jurisdiction
- Obtain the necessary authorisations before downloading protected content
- Use downloaded content in accordance with the applicable licences
